SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship all our packages through leading logistics companies. Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by My Uni Casa. Shipping is charged as follows –

Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999 – Rs. 100
Rs. 1000 – Rs. 2999 – Rs. 150
Rs. 3000 – Rs. 9999 – Rs. 250
Above Rs. 10000 – Free

DELIVERIES

Orders placed from Monday to Friday usually get delivered in 5 business days.

During promotional events, we are little busy hence we may require few more days to deliver your orders at your shipping address.

You can track your orders through ‘Track Orders’ option. Or, simply send an email to [email protected]

Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your shipping address. If you are unavailable then they will make 2 more delivery attempts.

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at [email protected] or call/Whatsapp us to resend it as soon as we receive it.
