After you complete the payment process successfully, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you with an order confirmation number from My Uni Casa.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday usually get delivered in 5 business days.
During promotional events, we are little busy hence we may require few more days to deliver your orders at your shipping address.

The delivery charges always depends on the products and shipping zones. The delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your shipping address. If you are unavailable then they will make 2 more delivery attempts.

Yes Definitely, we accept orders placed through the phone calls, Emails and WhatsApp. Once you contact us, we would be happy to guide you the steps.

Yes Definitely, we welcome replacements on the following terms:
If the wrong product has been dispatched/ if the product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the product you received.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of shipping:
Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999 – Rs. 150
Rs. 1000 – Rs. 2999 – Rs. 350
Rs. 3000 – Rs. 9999 – Rs. 500
Rs. 10000 and above – 10% of order value.
